central pneumatic 94667 gaskets on the head

only builds to 40 lbs pressure no matter how long it runs so i pulled the head off and the green gasket on the top was broken so im guessing that is the problem.my problem is i cant find any parts for this compresser central pneumatic 94667

Hi Robert... an ongoing problem, for sure.

Check with your local Harbor Freight store. Ask where they get their compressors serviced under warranty. Ask that shop to help you out.

is therea chance i too could get you to trace on paper this gasket ill be more than glad to compensate you for your time and postage i just cant afford another compressor ive used this one twice.

Fel Pro is the gasket material according to one commentor. "I took what was left of the old gasket, traced and cut a new one with an exacto knife. Works just fine now. If you do this, use the blue heavy duty gasket material."

To do this you will have to take the pump apart.

Looking to get a gasket for the same air compressor asap. Would be glad to pay for the trace and shipping and your time. Just misplaced my gasket to try your idea of tracing it :(

Is this hard to do which gasket material did you buy exactly? I would really like to try to get it. I cannot get the gasket because it has been discontinued.

I had the same problem 10 months after I bought it. It would only build about 40 lbs. The head gasket was blown internally. I called Harbor Freight, and they said this model had been discontinued and parts are not available. I solved the problem by buying set of Fel Pro gasket material. I took what was left of the old gasket, traced and cut a new one with an exacto knife. Works just fine now. If you do this, use the blue heavy duty gasket material.

I'd be hesitant to ever buy another higher dollar item from Harbor Freight. Not being able buy replacement parts is outrageous.
