can't start engine if air pressure in tank. changed unloader and check valve and still won't start

I found that the check valve on my unloader was leaking so I ordered and changed and now it is not leaking back but the engine won't start still like it is trying to push against the check valve and can't by pass pressure to crank

Not withstanding any other fix, this sounds like the unloader valve (in the pressure switch) isn't.

But don't know as we don't know so much as the manufacturer of the thing.
