Campbells air compressor

air compressor i use to airbrush,it gets hot & some times it pops fuses,or gets hot will not pump up while i use it.use 25 psi .need help on finding why.pumps u to 100 pounds,but when i use airbrush at lease 10 pounds of it it wont let me airbrush while its pump more air,it gets hot.i have a regulator on it.help me please.Thank You!

Hi Ann. Better late than never, I hope? There are hundreds of questions in the queue and I'm working my way through them as fast as I can.

It sounds as though you may have a motor problem. That may be that the motor is wearing out, or the mechanical components the motor is driving are increasing the load on the compressor motor, cause an amperage draw increase, and a fuse blowing.
