campbell vt633500 - pressure switch leaks when turned off only.........

hello, i have a campbell vt633500 and only when i turn the switch from auto to off the switch leaks from what i think is the unloader valve and will keep leaking until the tank is empty............?????????????

I believe what I am reading here is a complaint about a leaking check valve, and probably not the unloader valve at all.

If this were my compressor I would dump all the air from the tank with the air compressor off, then I would remove, inspect, certainly clean if not replace, the check valve.

Please do this, and see if it solves the problem.
