builds pressure but only half

I have a bostitch 150psi 6 gal compressor. Its less than a year old. Went to use it last night and it would only build pressure to around 45psi. After 10 minutes it was still the same psi and not gaining. Ideas?

No air leaks when the unit is off. I feel no leaks from common possible areas.
