brute aircompressor will not kick on.

I have a brute 15gal aircompressor model 074005,when the air pressure is low it wont kick on. Do you think its the pressure switch ?

It depends on what is, or what is not, happening when your compressor tries to start.

First, turn off the compressor and drain the air from the tank down to 0 PSI. Close the drain and plug it back in / turn it on. Anything happen at all?

If you have power getting to the pressure switch, and no power from the switch to the motor when the pressure in the tank is below the normal cut in pressure, then yes, you may have a switch problem.

I need a bit more info to better help you figure out what's going on with your air compressor, however.
