Blow out in-ground pool lines and equipment

What size compressor would I need to blow out a standard 16 ft by 32 ft in ground pool? I was told I don't need a a lot a hp but one with a lot of air flow.

By blowing out the pool, Henry, I suspect you mean the lines?
