Bauer Rotary Screw Compressor over heated

I currently own Bauer Rotary Screw Compressor 30HP made in 1989.

When I start the compressor, the pressure rapidly increases, causing the air inlet valve fully open.

And I came across a problem with air inlet valve malfunction. The air valve does not close on cut out point accordingly. It is to stop at high temperature limit of the compressor, which is 250F. The problem is that the solenoid does not cutoff at 110 PSI, cut out point.

In the past, the air valve closed and opened atomatically by the load.

Please let me know what I have to fix.
