Atlas Copco GA11 Will not load

The unloader valve and solenoid seem to be fine but the compressor still will not build pressure

Danny, this is an enclosed, shp floor, rotary screw air compressor, isn't it?

I think it's a demand type air compressor that runs continuously, but is only "loaded" when the pressure switch senses the main pressure is below the cut in pressure, and that flags the compressor to start producing air.

That being the case, since it is the pressure switch that tells the compressor to load, it may be that that is the issue.

Too, your compressor is supposed to have a diagnosis module for monitoring,controlling & regulating compressor operation. Is that not giving you any indications?

It is pretty difficult to diagnose something like this without experience with the unit. I invite Atlas Copco compressor users to add to this, if you would.
