AIR REGULATOR PLACEMENT?

Do you locate it between the tank and dryer or the dryer and the line in to the system.

Since the regulator's purpose is to lower the supply pressure to the level of air pressure needed for the application, and it's not likely that you need to lower the pressure to the dryer, then after it would be where I would put it.

An air system can have any number of regulators.

Why not read the pages on Regulators to better understand their use, and how systems can have more than one, depending on the air pressure required by a specific application.
