Magnum model ac0306hpc/03941 air compressor

Magnum model ac0306hpc/03941 air compressor

I have a Magnum model ac0306hpc/03941 air compressor, 3 hp.

The air line from the head broke off. It appears the air line is welded into the aluminum head. The only way I can see to fix it is by replacing the head.

Any other repair suggestions? Where can I get a new head?

All help appreciated!

Looks like you've tried pliers and the like to get it out.

Try a bolt remover - that is almost certainly threaded in there, and probably glued as well.

If it really won't come out, figure the PIPE size (there's a chart on site in the NPT fittings section) and make your own threads for a suitable elbow or whatever you want there.

Have fun.
