Air compressor will not build up air pressure in the hose

The air compressor comes on but there is no pressure in the hose.

Hi there. When your compressor is running, is there compressed air pressure building up in the tank?

Obviously, if there is no air in the tank, there can't be any in the hose.

There should be two gauges. One shows the air pressure in the tank, one shows the pressure level that has been set, via the regulator, to lower the pressure to the downstream application?

What are the pressure readings on these two gauges, please?
