Air compressor making air in crankcase.

It is blowing oil out of the crankcase. It isn't the head gasket, I have checked it and it is fine.

Hi John. The only way air can be getting into the sump is via the piston seals, then. They might be worn to the point where the flow path of the air is easier into the sump, bypassing the seals, than through the high pressure valve and check valve into the tank.

Having said that, you do want to remove, clean and replace the check valve.

Also, did you, by change, overfill the oil?

Cheers,

Bill
