why air compressor electric motor burnt, type of compressor:atlas copec zr132

its working since sep 2007.there is no electric problem.\

we found suction filter blocked

If you continue to try and run an electric motor that is overloaded, it would tend to heat up and pop the thermal overload.

I don't know why your thermal overload did not shut off the motor when it, obviously, overheated.

It seems to me that a blocked intake filter might contribute to the motor overloading.
