Air coming out of unloader check valve hose when running.

Just changed the oil with the proper oil recommended for the compressor .

I started to run the compressor and now air is pumping out the check valve hose at high psi and blows the tube off the check valve this happens after I get to about 50 psi in the tank . This compressor has may be 15 hrs in it at the most . It is an industrial air unit not sure where to start any suggestions?

Unloader check valve hose

Pretty hard to offer suggestions when I have no idea what make or model of compressor we are talking about.

When you say "pumping out the check valve hose at high psi", where is it coming out, exactly. Is it around the hose where it enters the fitting?

If the unloader tube is installed into a quick fitting on the pressure switch, and that tube is blowing out, then - hoping there is enough length to do so - remove the tube, and cut about 1/2" off the tube, and reinsert it. See if that helps.

Otherwise, please provide more information. Thanks.
