Air builds up to max level but never shuts off.

emglo 30 gallon air compressor

I have an old emglo 30 gallon air compressor. First of all, I can't find the on/off switch. It's like it didn't come with it. I am having trouble finding a solution because nobody has seen it before, even the emglo site online. go figure. But not only that but when I do leave it plugged in, it reaches it's max air pressure but never shuts off. It doesn't build anymore air into the tank. It just sounds like the motor is still running. I'm not sure what to do. I build pallets in the garage and it's very annoying and loud in a small space. If I could get some help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

pressure switch?

Wherever the power cord goes, that's where the switch is (or should be).

Can you get close-ups of the area where the power cord and gauge is?

We can see if you have a pressure switch and probably what to replace it with. Or maybe just re-plumb it if there is one and it's not installed properly.
