I have a Sears Craftsman air compressor model#919. 175260 6 hp 60 gal. My breaker trips at 40 psi, I bypassed pressure switch and replaced check valve, replaced a bad capisitor. What is going on??

Breaker trips at 40 psi, replaced check valve, bypassed pressure switch, replaced bad capisitor, still trips out at 40 PSI. What's up??

Does your motor have one or two caps? If two, which did you replace?

Also, does the motor seem to be straining, or does it seem to running normally just before it trips?

Speaking of which, the breaker that trips is on the motor, or for the outlet?
