60 Gallon Porter Cable compressor won't build pressure past 60 PSI

2 cylinder 60 Gallon Porter Cable, one cylinder works fine, draws air in the intake properly the other cylinder blows air out the intake. I have disassembled and found no missing or broken pieces . Reed valves seem to be functioning . No difference between good cylinder and cylinder that is not compressing the air

Sounds like a bad gasket. was it OK? Did you replace it?

If you're sure the valves are OK, try this: Block the intake on the 'bad' cylinder. Try turning it by hand. If you can get it around a full turn, you probably have a bad gasket or perhaps a cracked head.

Not knowing the model, how are the cylinders plumbed to the tank?

HTH and good luck.
