60 gallon air compressor

its starts for a second and shuts off it will try to come on in awhile and do the same thing

Hello Dwayne. Question, sir. When it starts, does it actually run, or is the air compressor just trying to start and then it clicks off?

Second, drain the tank right to zero PSI, close the drain, and try to start it again?
