Air blowing out of intake and pressure in tank stops building up after about 10-15 psi. What's the fix?

Air blowing out an intake port on an air compressor suggests that the intake valve has failed. It's supposed to allow air into the pump, not out.

If it's gone, possible the high pressure side has or is failing, so that means a valve kit.

That you get 15 PSI of air in the tank suggests that the valve starts to break down at that pressure.

If you install a valve kit, make sure you replace all gaskets and seals at the same time to help reduce problems after you rebuild.
