310 Quincy not producing air.

by Stephen Dykeman
(Thorburn nova Scotia canada)

I have a model 310 quincy and the Pistons move nothings seized up there or anything but it doesn't produce any air and can't find any leaks anywhere.

Took air filter off and no sucking at all just hear the piston moving.

I took the head off but can't really see anything wrong but can't get the valves out or anything so not sure if it's those or not.

Thanks for any help.

No Air pressure building up

The oil pressurized lubricated pump will stop producing air pressure if the oil level is low in the compressor.

Maybe unloader is stuck. (pilot valve)

Quincy has pdf manuals - you might consider getting one.
