Any Compressor Oil Will Do.
by: Roger

If it's a lubricated pump (oil in the sump) any good compressor oil will do, such as Shell Corena, Mobil Rarus, BP Energol etc.

If it's marketed as a compressor oil, it should do just fine. If you are not able to find compressor oil easily, a straight weight, non-detergent motor oil will work, or a synthetic motor oil.

Do not use generic multi viscosity mineral engine oil, as it tends to cause thick carbon and gum deposits on the valves.

People tend to go too heavy on the weight. Generally, a 20W oil will be fine unless the machine is operating in a very hot environment.

As for air output, expect 4 cubic feet per minute per hp.

Have you checked with Air Products or Motiveair?

Either or both appear to possibly have a history of these.

I'm afraid it's a bit old (and probably out of production) to make much of a splash in the digital arena.
