Hi Kevin:
I guess this has just started happening, and the compressor worked fine before?
Does it blow the breaker instantly, or does it take a second or a few seconds?
If the former, it's likely electrical, and my first guess would be the pressure switch is causing the problem.
If it tries to run for a period of time before popping the breaker, check that the unloader valve is working.
