Can you galvanise only internal surfaces of a pipe
Is there a process and which company does it?
Hi Peter. Not quite sure what this question has to do with a compressed air website? :-)
I do know that you do not want to use galvanized pipe in a compressed air system. The galvanization in time will break down, and the particulates will flood your lines and accessories.
I am guessing that galvanization is a dipping process, and as such, it might be difficult to coat just the inside of a pipe. I also expect that if there is a need, it can be done. I just don't have any idea where.
i got a air comprossor right now iam using it for inflate tyres, spry painting etc/ is it possible to modifie the same to wash trucks with a high pressure water. and how?

CAPACITY OF THE COMPROSSOR IS 500
Yes, I guess it's possible to pump water from a tank with compressed air.
Your water tank has to be rated for the pressure that the air will generate.
Pump air into the top of the tank through a fitting, and plumb your water from the bottom of the tank.
Keeping the tank filled might be an issue.
Good luck, and be safe! Compressed air can be dangerous.
