About air compressors.
Understanding and using compressed air.

Thank you very much, and a sincere Happy New Year to all, and the many tens of thousands of visitors to this website in December 2008.

Despite the doom and economic gloom the "news media" promotes, I believe that with interest rates at historic lows, with oil prices becoming more rational, and with pent up demand building...2009 is going to be a great year for us all and surprise all of those that "cut back" in expectations of reduced demand. Hang in there!

Here's a handy calculator for determining how much compressed air a cylinder will use. Air Consumption Calculator.

Looking for parts for your Speedaire Compressors; look here!

Another tip...an information packed ebook on the Home Compressor will be available soon. If you are interested, here's how to get a preferred price and your home compressor questions answered at the same time.

And, if you wish to be updated on changes and additions to this site, consider signing up for a “feed”. See the information on RSS (real simple syndication) under the navigation bar to the left.

Compressed air is in your bicycle, car and truck tires, it’s at your local mechanic's shop, in the dentist's office, part of soft drink machines, cooling our refrigerators, used to manufacture and repair goods of every conceivable type, and inevitably - if you try to drive anywhere in the summer - in road construction. Compressed air is everywhere.
